The Firm of Neville Murphy McGarry Solicitors LLP was established by Neville Murphy in 1976.
Neville’s brother Gene Murphy joined the firm as an apprentice in 1978 and qualified as a solicitor in 1981 . Neville’s son Darren Murphy joined the firm in 1998 with Gene’s daughter Caroline Murphy joining the team in 2003 making it very much a family affair. There has been a long standing legal tradition in the family with Neville and Gene’s late Grandfather Arthur Neville Murphy and their late father Harold J. Murphy being well known and well respected Solicitors practicing in the County Wicklow area since 1909. Neville retired from the practice in 2020.
In June, 2006 the firm moved from its previous premises at Dargle House, Main Street, Bray, County Wicklow (opposite the old Bray Courthouse) to its current larger premises at 9, Prince of Wales Tce., Bray, County Wicklow.
